Doesn’t Work
Week before festival. Every attempt to create an account ends in an “Oops” message stating they’re working on it. Yet…still doesn’t work.

Doesn’t let you highlight artists
It should let you highlight favourite artists, so they stand out when you’re looking at the timetable

Timetable not loading
App is up to date but none of the artists or timetables are loading. Has been like this the last few days. Useless!
unable to register
apple login and registration keep resulting in an error message. it doesn’t get more basic than this.

Useless app doesn’t work. Doesn’t let you sign up. Old account lets me change password online then I go to log in and it says error.

Festival needs to be simpler. App is only a reflection of bad planning
Extremely confusing to see simple things like the lineup. Free things need tickets that cost 10 euro? This festival does not make things easy
Useless
Primavera haven’t bothered to reflect the constantly changing set times - not to mention the endless cancellations - in the app. Given they also refused to provide a hard-copy programme for either weekend, you’d think they make this a priority, but no. Missed a bunch of artists we’d paid to see. Useless.

No offline support
Who releases a festival app without the ability to cache the data? Very poorly thought out product management if they decided to make offline access for the map and schedule a low priority.
Honestly a pretty decent app for a festival, but lots of glitches
The map was helpful for getting around the festival and having access to the lineup and being able to change the presentation of the lineup was really nice, as well as being able to separate out your favorite artists. But it is a pretty glitchy app, and I keep having issues with it, every couple of days it won’t let me access the app because it forces me to update it.

Bad, worse, Primavera!
- The App is changing Language constantly. In some cases each 10 Minutes.
- i cant move to the current day and have to scroll ~1 Minute to get there
- the map doesnt Show Locations of gigs That Are Playing Outside the Festival area
- Changes in the lineup Arent notified in the App (they are just updated in the background) and you have to get the information from other sources like twitter or reddit
Sorry but working with the normal Internet browser/Google is more efficient than using this poorly programmed App.
