The login page doesn’t let us enter address so can’t login some exception error
Stupid app for a stupid business
App has issues and bugs logs you out makes you sign in 3 times just trying to make payment. This business also steals money and my card has been hacked twice now from this app. You are better off not using Prime storage more like Prime Stealing.
New update works great
Thank you for the updates. The new app works great. I was able to lease my unit and set up automated payments.
Failed update corrections
After updating the last app update, it no longer shows your unit so you can pay via the app. The update wiped all information including account information after logging back in. It was convenient being able to pay via the app. This needs to be corrected.
