Crashes! A lot!
I’ve been having the app for 3 years now, I don’t know what they’ve done to it the past few years but it sucks. Your already having to pay $10 extra in fees just for the convenience of using the app, but then when logging on it’s ALWAYS giving error messages saying how it’s unable to do this at the moment. Don’t even get me started on the fact that my payment history is completely blank with an acct I’ve been having for 3 yrs.

Only half screen showing on “My Units” page
Please update the app to fix this error: on the home page (the My Units page), only the top part of the screen is revealed. I can’t see the full numbers for my upcoming payment or the “Paid Through” portion.
Great App
No idea why these reviews are so low, but this app is great. Consolidated all of my accounts into one place for easy payment!
Won’t stay logged in
Every time I get to the storage, the app logs me out, and I have to log back in to access my unit
Barely works now
The new re-design is so bad it makes me want to move storage units so I don’t have to use this app any longer.
It logs me out after every day I use it. Connection sucks! And now it won’t give me access to my unit because my auto pay isn’t up to date, even though I haven’t changed a single thing.
