Crashes! A lot!
I’ve been having the app for 3 years now, I don’t know what they’ve done to it the past few years but it sucks. Your already having to pay $10 extra in fees just for the convenience of using the app, but then when logging on it’s ALWAYS giving error messages saying how it’s unable to do this at the moment. Don’t even get me started on the fact that my payment history is completely blank with an acct I’ve been having for 3 yrs.

Only half screen showing on “My Units” page
Please update the app to fix this error: on the home page (the My Units page), only the top part of the screen is revealed. I can’t see the full numbers for my upcoming payment or the “Paid Through” portion.
Great App
No idea why these reviews are so low, but this app is great. Consolidated all of my accounts into one place for easy payment!
Won’t stay logged in
Every time I get to the storage, the app logs me out, and I have to log back in to access my unit
Barely works now
The new re-design is so bad it makes me want to move storage units so I don’t have to use this app any longer.
It logs me out after every day I use it. Connection sucks! And now it won’t give me access to my unit because my auto pay isn’t up to date, even though I haven’t changed a single thing.

Logs out
App logs me out everyday and when do I discover this? When I want to use it to enter the facility. Very annoying.
App doesn’t work
Stay away from this app and this company. Suddenly the app doesn’t work , their answer is to come into the office ? Sounds to me like they got hacked and don’t want anyone to know Everything is still down 2 weeks later
Terrible support
The worst customer support ever. One star is a brutally high review.
Used to work
App used to work fine, now if you pay your bill on time using autopay, it locks you out of your unit saying you are past due. Not sure how that is possible when it says $0.00 is due. When you go to pay it they will take your money and the payment doesn’t show up on your account. My expectations are low and this is unacceptable.

Rarely works
When I pull up to the gate with the app open to access the gate, it says that I have a late payment. I’m on auto pay and there’s no late payment. The app needs some work. I’ve had to delete it and get it again three times now.
App Is Garbage
I paid my bill on time and it shows in the app payment history but the app still says I’m overdue.
Laggy App
App glitches a lot, it charges a convenience fee to pay your bill online and even when you try to open up your gate with your phone and your account is paid up, it’s still will not work, useless
Works, needs a Watch app
Needs an Apple Watch app to open the gate!

This app is utterly pointless now. You need to fix whatever the hell is happening with the app preventing me from paying online. I shouldn’t have to drive 20 minutes to the business to pay. It’s ridiculous.
This app is a SCAM!!!!!
They have you enter your card info and enable auto pay, but here’s the kicker they never take the money out & keep charging you late Fees. This app is FN terrible

I’ve been using this app for a little over a year. It is user-friendly and easy to use. I can look up my information, pay my bill, and finances questions. It makes it more convenient to take care of business.

Keeps erasing password.
Keeps logging us out and saying the password is not correct.
Can't Log-In
Despite resetting my password multiple times, the system doesn't let me in. Extremely frustrating and stressful come move out time
