Horrible Login Process
The fact that I have to re-login every time I wanna access my unit is very frustrating. If there is a way you can enable face recognition or at least saving my email and password would prevent lines from forming as people try to login so they can open the gate.

These day and age, facial recognition to access the app should be native process. Any payment SSL all uses facial recognition plus remote gate opening

Access is a nightmare
The CubeSmart app works great, when you are able to access it. 9 out of 10 times I need to use it I encounter a log in issue that is not easily resolved. It is so frustrating and a waste of my time.

It’s 2026, why tf do I have to login every time. This app is retarted. And they’ll raise your rent over 100$ every year. Leave. As soon as possible
Keep signing me out
App works fine just sign you out every seven minutes. What’s the point of being able to open the gates with the app if I have to sign in when I’m sitting at the gate.

I need to login every time to get inside the storage, please fixing that with authentication face recognition saver in the phone.

I’ve never put a bad review in an app in all my years. Awful constantly logs you out constantly down don’t even bother using this app.
Quick & Easy Access with Excellent Customer Service
The Russell & Fort Apache Branch - Drew was absolutely amazing, he worked quickly with ease and excellent, respectful customer service. Definitely recommend if you need somewhere to store your belongings or vehicle whether on road or aquatic. Left feeling secure and safe.
Buggy
Annoying that I have to log in every time I use the app.
Login issues
Got to a location and my account got logged out. Tried resetting password and wouldn’t let me login even after resetting. Wasn’t able to access my unit.

Donhelped me with an issue I had concerning my lock when I was more than 1000 miles away and could not address the problem. Good job Don thank you.
Terrible App fro such a big company
For a company as big as Cubesmart this is a really sad app. The fact that it doesn’t even attempt to fill in my username or password from my password app is ridiculous. Not to mention I can’t use auto fill for any of the fields in order to make my payment. I literally have to pull out my credit card and type in all of my info every time I make a payment. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Great app
This app is easy to use and makes it possible to quickly and easily open doors. I do wish it allowed you to call the office more easily. But on the whole it is great.
I have to sign in way too often
I have to sign back in every other time I open the app. Payment status is bad at updating without logging out then back in. It’s a real pain. Extra storage space’s app never had this problem.

Logging into an app every single day to access my info! I’ve rented from a couple companies and this has to be the worst at saving credentials a it doesn’t save your info - EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I. HAVE TO LOGIN TO THE APP. Technical support is non-existent - I’ve reached out 3 times not a single email acknowledging anything at all. Also the bathrooms are straight out of the movie SAW - rust everywhere - peeling paint - they are third world disgusting. But that’s the property not the app.

Crashes! A lot!
I’ve been having the app for 3 years now, I don’t know what they’ve done to it the past few years but it sucks. Your already having to pay $10 extra in fees just for the convenience of using the app, but then when logging on it’s ALWAYS giving error messages saying how it’s unable to do this at the moment. Don’t even get me started on the fact that my payment history is completely blank with an acct I’ve been having for 3 yrs.

Only half screen showing on “My Units” page
Please update the app to fix this error: on the home page (the My Units page), only the top part of the screen is revealed. I can’t see the full numbers for my upcoming payment or the “Paid Through” portion.
