The login page doesn’t let us enter address so can’t login some exception error
Stupid app for a stupid business
App has issues and bugs logs you out makes you sign in 3 times just trying to make payment. This business also steals money and my card has been hacked twice now from this app. You are better off not using Prime storage more like Prime Stealing.
New update works great
Thank you for the updates. The new app works great. I was able to lease my unit and set up automated payments.
Failed update corrections
After updating the last app update, it no longer shows your unit so you can pay via the app. The update wiped all information including account information after logging back in. It was convenient being able to pay via the app. This needs to be corrected.

Opens to blank screen hence no use.
Does not work at all.
Opens to a blank screen and nothing else happens. This app never has worked well. Doesn’t hold the card on file info correctly had to be entered manually every time you use it. The online f system for payment isn’t much better.

New customer 7/20/24. App has all my info after I created my account.
June 13 2024 - App not working
It won’t even open. I deleted and reinstalled. Phone is brand new. I mean I get it. If people can’t pay their bill then you get to hold more auctions for their belongings.
STILL NOT WORKING
This app hasnt worked in like over a year!! The website cant find my units either! 😡 I always have to call or go in person which is annoying. I would have never updated the app.
Great App, easy payment
Love being able to pay my bill through the app. Plus my storage unit is clean and the facility is well maintained!

This app has not worked in months I like paying my bills through the website or app!!! O but wait I can’t cause this app just keeps loading so please fix your app I am sure there are plenty of other people out there that are having same issues!!!!!!
Never loads
Started using the app because the website wasn’t loading properly. Now the app hasn’t been able to get off the load screen for two months. Not sure how they expect people to pay their bills with a broken app and website.

Prime Storage app is so convenient!
This app works great! I love that I can rent or reserve a unit, access my account, and make payments without having to go to the storage facility. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate!
