Early Clock-in not working
I am an admin for employees but I am not allowed to submit a requesy for help/trouble ticket because I don’t have a log-in for Salesforce so I am unable to submit a trouble ticket in the conventional way - My employees are unable to clock in for their shift on the PrimePay app upon arrival (between 6:45-7:15am).

Can’t view my paystub
There is no option to view my paystub or most of the features that are supposedly on this app. I can only view my time card.
App has no clock nor vacation feature

I am able to use primepay on the computer but the app doesn’t even let me sign in? It say authentication failed even though I’m using the same login I do for the computer? What’s the problem? I all read for this app is bad reviews? When will it be addressed?

Authentication fails. Choosing PrimePay reflects poorly on a small business and shows disrespect for employees.

Can’t login on the app
I can login on a computer, but on the app it says authentication failed.
Does Not Work
Why even have an app if it isn’t going to work at all. I get an error message every time I try to log in “Authentication Failed”. I have double and even triple checked that my user name and password are correct by logging in to PrimePay via their website. At the moment this app is 100% useless. Please fix this right away.

I didnt have a problem with login. Work as it should and simple to use.

Downloaded this app, but it doesn’t recognize my login information. I have no problem logging into the website from a PC.

But why?
No account recovery option on this app. Not even direction on how to reset your password or recover your username. No link to the website where this information might be. The point of an app is to make life simpler this is just a head ache with extra steps.
