do not trust whatever they tell you, i have invested my roth ira with them and it has been nothing but problems. they take a good chunk of whatever money you make. they make it next to impossible to transfer the funds to another institution and if you want to withdraw early they take a big chunk. All over a bad company with horrible practices. customer service never actually resolves any issues you have. it’s best to stay far away from this company.

Unable to login.
Just installed the apps, whenever i press sign in, it actually tries to sign in, without username and password. then i get the message "you are not login". No option for me to put my log in info.. fix the apps please!.

Some issues with the login
I am super excited to finally have an app. However, my sign in bottom is not working, thus I am unable to login. Some of my clients complaint about how difficult is to register as new user as they don’t receive the security Pin right away. Also they don’t have an option in Spanish. We are looking forward to seeing these issues fixed. Thank you!

Getting there
Finally catching up to most of the rest of the apps out there but still missing a lot of features and options that their competitors offer. One example is missing options for weekly automated drafts for investment. Seems to be platform related. But it is good to finally see things on mobile and have a decent view into performance of the investments.
