This app is so easy and convenient to use first of all. I really enjoy banking with PrimeTrust. They have been so helpful and I haven’t had any problems banking with them. As far as the app goes, it’s so convenient what I like about it. The most is I love that I can transfer money within seconds back-and-forth between my banking account and my savings account. I love that I can message with any of this techs and get support with any problems that I may be having and they get back with me as soon as possible, I love that I can have control with my debit card and also that they have a whole new different thing with the debit card rewards, and the list goes on and on. I’m just a overall big fan of it and I love this app as well as PrimeTrust. Thank you.

The only one I’ve ever used . I’m very happy with how this works . One suggestion for improvement that I can see is if they offered monthly and yearly summaries of spending and income .

This has been my trusted financial institution since they opened years ago as WGEFCU. Unlike many banks, I may be assigned an account number BUT I am treated in all respects as a valued member - NOT a number.
Making sense
You should have, left it the way it was. I’m still unsure, to why you changed it? If it’s not broken. Why fix if!? Do not like the change! The only issue I have with PTFC.

Old App Better
The only feature I like about the new app is the ability to make cross member transfers. Everything else about the other app was better.

I like the new app because of the member transfer option, but I don’t like how it doesn’t show me my balance without having to log in and I also don’t like how it doesn’t save the members account numbers that i transfer money to. It saves them on the website version but not on the app.
