Unable to set TP and SL on Chart

I’m not sure what’s going on but recently the TP/SL does not show on the crypto charts so I have to enter the positions manually, this is frustrating

Good app, needs more

The app is a lot better than it used to be and a good option for people wanting to trade perps in the uk. However, it’s missing some crucial factors. More options for closing trades ie: partial position close instead of full position close as only option, Trailing Stop loss/Take Profit, and just overall more crypto to trade, very limited selection currently. Until these conditions are met it’s gonna stay at 3 stars.

Update:

After waiting several months for an update, once again disappointed at the lack of attention to trader tools. It seems more and more that this app/trading platform intends to take money from the unknowing and unaware and pretend to provide a service of superior quality without the attention to detail. I have been trading crypto for over 5 years. In those 5 years I have seen the rise and fall of multiple services who claim to be of superior quality and yet every time I’m disappointed. Please if you care about your customers I request that as the highest priority, an increase to the focus of my previous review. Prime xbt is the only trading platform lacking in this aspect. I hope you can resolve the previously stated grievances, until then my review is dropping down to 2 stars.

Could you consider adding International wire transfer or swift for depositing and withdrawals options for accounts.

Almost 5 stars

I really wish you could develop a way to be able to add funds to a copy strategy. If I want to add funds monthly I have to stop trade and then start again but it’s time co aiming and a waste of money in closing the strategy. It would be great to be able to keep it open, add funds and increase the compounding nature of that strategy.

Very low quality

One of the most low quality trading app and very slow app., Sometimes trades are not closing and says error. Some candles stuck from 4 days. What did your developer doing ?

Primex xbt could be a great exchange but is seriously lacking

The problem with the gap is it doesn’t have lot sizes included in the limit order on app so you have to take an extra step which time is crucial if your trading on a smaller timeframe. Also Prime xbt in general should have an order interface like Bybit or ftx. Also it would be easier if you could input the dollar amount or at least percentage of your account you want to risk per trade. Something I see no exchanges doing is using the long and short tools visual tools trading veiw has (which prime xbt is entirely lacking) you should be able to place a limit or market order with that with a click from your mouse automatically. It would put this exchange far ahead of all its competition. I like that you can trade forex and multiple different markets besides crypto, that’s a huge plus to this exchange. Please take what I said and implement it, it would turn this exchange into a killer

Horrible

Worst exchange I’ve used by a mile. Outdated slow api, margin system over complicated probably purposely, bonus rewards virtually useless and withdraws only handled one a day?!? Not sure why you’d use this terrible app over Binance, Bybit, KuCoin etc

Great app

safety and stability are the only things that matter when I trade. PrimeXBT does provide this even through the mobile app.

Thiefs, they might as well rob you

they charge you £15 to withdraw your crypto, and get a very high commission on you margin profit. IT’S A BIG STAYAWAY FOR ME

Really i don’t know why developers of primexbt ios app don’t look to bybit & binance or ftx exchange ios app Your app need a lot of features i can’t make my favorite watchlist ffrom different markets just in one watchlist on ios app i don’t have to see pairs or coins i don’t trade every tome i check prices or just changes
_and indicators i don’t have to set my indicators in every single pairs and different markets
It must be just one time and ios app save it in all pairs and markets in tradingview of primexbt please at least you must be like other exchanges ios apps secondly i will write another review to be creative and make new features

Brilliant app

I’ve been a PrimeXBT user for a while now and using this app is no different from using the website. It’s design is simple, easy to use and it looks and feels great too. Perfect if you just need to check your trades or to trade on the go.
