Broken
Won’t accept my login info, needs verification. Won’t send the code but once out of 20 tries. Never accepts the verification code. Locks my account. Can’t reset password in app as it removes the last verification code number on that screen after hitting submit every time.

Good with room for improvement
I enjoy using my Primis Perks Checking and Savings accounts. The app functions well enough for my needs. I have not had trouble depositing checks with mobile deposit. One feature I would really like is the ability to receive app push notifications when transactions occur. It would also be nice to set up low balance notifications, etc. These are features most banks offer but Primis does not. It is also worth noting that Primis does not support Plaid at all at this time.

Primis is great.. but app has bugs
Mobile deposit worked briefly now it’s broken again. Had to write the “deposit only at Primis” and now I can’t deposit it since the app is broken, so I’m left with a check I can’t deposit anywhere now!!
I’m happy with Primis so far overall, however the mobile deposits function does not work. The rest of the app works well enough for simple functions. As others have reported, depositing checks just results in the app completely freezing up (white screen) or giving errors. If not for that I’d give it 5 stars as it’s a good bank overall.

Check Deposits doesn’t work
I like overall, but taking pictures for check deposits doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for a very long time. This is an important feature in an mobile banking app and the fact that mobile deposits don’t work is a big issue.

App never works.. Primis you need to do better. Thinking of pulling my $ out until you guys come up to speed on technology.
Inconsistent biometrics
Does not remember to keep using Face ID after not logging in for a couple days.
Decent app
I like the bank, I like the app. The only issue I have faced with the app is that it doesn’t save my Face ID. So when I log on maybe once a month to check my statement, it’s forgotten me and requires me to enter in my password in order to turn Face ID back on.

I prayed for patience and God sent me this App. It will eventually work OK if you don’t throw your phone against the wall waiting for functionality.
Room for improvement..
The app has the most basic features right now and is lacking some features found on most other banking apps. There are no options for which notifications you want to receive (low balance, deposits, threshold on card etc.). Roundup feature would be nice to see as well as overdraft protection.

I have my micro deposits from my external bank yet the app or website will not allow me through the process of finishing the application. Not worth the effort. Deleted my application and will remove app
Tried multiple times
They ask for your DL and proof of address. Uploaded several times and still has a “problem”. Trash.
