You are able to report a problem directly from the app!
Doesn’t work
All the buttons at the bottom of the app work BUT the Home one which is what you need to get to your account. So if you were looking to pay your bill or view your usage, this app is NOT for you.
However if you are looking to report an issue. Then you are in luck and can get to the page with the contact form but you could save yourself time and storage space on your phone and just call or email them instead.
