Crashes
Different parts of app crash constantly, have never been able to get into the childcare and when bringing this up to staff they just answer “that’s weird sorry it does t work for you”, please do somthing about this so I can use the benefits that I am paying for. Or allow the signup for childcare on the website if you can’t figure out your app.

Does not function
You get an error every time you try to click on something. Not sure why this even exists, let alone is something they use to advertise.
Lots of crashes
Can’t access lots of the features of the application, because it crashes immediately when I go to them. Childcare signups is the latest, but it seems to happen at random with different parts from time to time.
Bugs
Always have glitches with this app. Please fix!! Don’t have an app if you can’t manage it, what’s the point.
I really like it
I appreciate that in the last release they incorporate the functionality of saving your filters. Thank you!
It’s literally a key
I know it’s used for more but it’s main function is a key to go into Princeton, it doesn’t matter too much cuz it’s useful for what it is at least, that app doesn’t deserve such low ratings, especially because it comes in clutch when me and my buds are stopping by the gym after going by the dollar store or Pizza Hut.

Doesn’t allow me to check in from the app anymore the update is super faulty
Can no longer download classes to my iPhone calendar
After the latest update, I can no longer download classes to my iPhone calendar. This was a very useful feature when planning my week. Please include it in your next update or bug fix. Thanks.

App does not get past login, just continuously try’s to login. Then if you try the other tabs beforehand that just crashes the app. What a joke of an app. Fire your dev and hire someone more competent.

have been a member for awhile and the new app will not let me log in, when I attempt to register it will not respect my email address or attempts to create a new registration. Have been a member for multiple years and this app is the worst part of going to P-Club.
Horrible experience
Going back and forth trying to log in. Says my credentials are wrong. I go through “forgot my password” to change password and neither the new or old password will work. This kept happening, and I gave up.
The old app worked pretty well, this one is embarrassingly bad. One more month and my contract is up :)

Disappointing App
Still no barcode to scan in at the gym if you have an iPhone. Seems like an easy update to include. The previous app worked great. This one has been useless.

Says my credentials are invalid. I can’t sign into classes or use to check into the club. Frustrating.
Can’t log in with Apple’s keychain
Apple keychain doesn’t appear to let me choose my login info when trying to log into this app. Also, the iOS native feature to populate my email address with a single tap in any form does not work on this login page - I see the choices for email address on my keyboard but nothing populates when I choose one.

Crashes every time I try to log in. I see I’m not the only one.
Love it!
I love that I can access all of my information and make reservations straight from the app 👏 plus my membership card is on it so I can check in to the club using my phone
Password isn't recognized
I have tried logging in several times and resetting my password to log into this new app. Must be some sort of glitch because I can log into the online version and the old app with my username and password just fine.

Well, I understand this is pretty new, but whenever I attempt to log in the app crashes. So it’s not super useful so far.
