Stole my money
Don’t get this 3rd party app just directly use Walgreens this app took my money and they store never received my order and the order was gone no email confirmation no nothing all they did was take my money
Summer Recap
The app was easy to use and understand. I was able to make multiple prints and projects all at the same time. The convienence of being able to complete the ordering and editing online saves so much time. The ability for one hour pick-up is especially help in a fast paced lifestyle.
Way overpriced
I used to use this app but recently the promo codes haven’t been working so I used the actual Walgreens app and 29 photos, in different sizes, that were $119 on this app were $53 on the actual Walgreens app and the promo codes worked! Save your money don’t use this app.
I don't like the payment process
I want to be able to pay before so all I have to do is walk in and pick up my pictures
They upcharge!
Save your money and just order through Walgreens website. Picta charges almost double.

Scam, much? (Not “Walgreens”)
This was the option a few years back, but no longer is suggested by Walgreens. This week I ordered 26 4x6 and one 5x7. It cost $42.00…and Picta took $17 as a “deposit”. Said I would owe $25 in store. The 4x6 are .99 each in Picta and only .39 each in the Walgreens app. I paid $11 when I went to pick them up today. The girl told me they don’t recommend Picta. I asked where the $17 “deposit” went and she said directly to the app. Walgreen didn’t get any of it…none went towards my photos. Scam.

Insanely Expensive!
I used to use this religiously but it’s now $1.50 PER PHOTO while it’s $.39 through the Walgreens app. Don’t use this anymore! I deleted it immediately

It was not linked to my Walgreens photo department.
This app is a rip off! It said I had to leave a deposit of $20.00. (Which I have been trying to get back for a month now.) My photos weren’t even printed, my Walgreens didn’t get any from this app to print. Prices were a lot higher than at the store. 14x16 $19.99 on the app, $12.99 at the store. I just want my money back!

Total rip off
I’ve been using Picta for years and just discovered that using the Walgreens app is significantly less money. 15 glossy 4x6 is almost $15 on Picta but I just paid less than $5 on the Walgreens app for the same exact picture. Total scam
