Hello. We are sorry, but this is completely false. We do support AirPrint in the app, but apart from it we support a whole bunch of protocols, like WSD/WPRT, BJNP, SNMP, PDL, LPD, etc., multiple driver libraries for thousands of printers, as well as custom drivers that we have actually reverse engineered and wrote ourselves. It's easy to test, too, if you simply have a printer that supports WiFi, but not AirPrint. Additionally, even if the printer has no WiFi at all, we have a desktop app that allows using it remotely or over WiFi or even over the internet. And you can test the app out in the free version before making a purchase to make sure you're not wasting your money. We've been working on this app for over 15 years (!) on multiple platforms and we have tens of millions of downloads across them, which is what allowed us to get the experience we have. Of course, if your printer supports AirPrint, you may not need the app that much (although we have had users writing to us about using the app with AirPrint printers simply for the sake of selecting content to print more flexibly), but saying that the app has no additional value apart from simply calling the system APIs to engage AirPrint is just misleading. We don't support all the printers, but we do support quite a lot. If your printer is not supported at the moment, kindly let us know the model here or at our support email, and we'll see if we can add it. Thank you for taking time to write a review!

Здравствуйте! У нас всегда было два приложения – бесплатное с покупкой внутри приложения и платное, без покупки. С точки зрения функциональности бесплатное приложение с покупкой не отличается от платного. Если Вы ранее купили premium-ключ в бесплатной iOS-версии, но сейчас Вам недоступна premium-функциональность, то это ошибка, которую нужно исправить. Пожалуйста, первым делом на главном экране нажмите "Восстановить Premium-ключ". Если это не поможет, пожалуйста, проверьте, что Вы вошли в тот же аккаунт Apple, с которого совершали покупку. Если аккаунт правильный, пожалуйста, напишите нам на support@printershare.net.
