This app is the worse thing in my life I copped a sp5der off it just for it to be real in all the pictures I even had the ai try it on but when I purchased it started showing polyesters sp5der when I tapped to check on the order after I try to cancel because it not what I paid for and it didn’t even let me cancel the order on day 2 after ordering

App kept closing
Every time I would try to pay the app closed over and over again took 12 times just to finish. Bad app. Hope what I ordered actually comes
Beware
I placed a custom order for Father’s Day. They messed up and sent the wrong item. Then told me they would send a replacement item ASAP, it’s now been a month and I’m still waiting for that replacement item and since then they also have closed my support case with no other communication.
Very poor communication
Please stay away. Ordered my item nearly a month ago and it’s stuck in production. Numerous emails to customer support but all ignored. Suprised legal action has not been taken against these scammers. Please avoid.
What you search for is not what you get
This has to be the hardest website I ever used. I thought by downloading the app would make it easier.
I typed in personalised garden gnomes from photo, which was exactly what the item was titled as, and loads of hoodies/t-shirts along with other stuff came up…with gnomes on but not what I was searching for, it has taken me just over an hour to order the 1 item I wanted, I did want to order something else but have lost the will to live, as what I put in the search bar often has no relation to what Im looking for and takes forever to try and find it!!
Just hope the item is good when it turns up.

Terrible company and worst customer service
I place an order and was told it would arrive by its date, it was a week late. And I recieved incorrectly printed shirt and incorrect sizes and have since been ghosted my this company after reaching out 4-5x over the last 2 weeks!! Would not recommend!!! Terrible quality items as well
No delivery
Order was supposed to be with me at 1st July, today is 6th July, seller has not even shipped it, now I can't even cancel it.
Hopefully fast delivery.
Seems like previous orders were taking a longer than expected. Hopefully this order goes fast. Birthday’s coming up, fingers crossed.

Really bad service
I do not recommend this app at all. I bought a product through it, and it never arrived at my home. I contacted customer service, and they sent me several emails saying they would help, collaborate, and either send me a new one or figure out what happened. I never received the product or a refund. Later, I wrote to them again to ask for an update, and they never responded again. In short, I lost my money and never received the product.

I ordered 2 knicks Funko, items that are NOT CHEAP BTW. Some people can understand there might be a delay. I don’t. These were supposed to be for Father’s Day and my Anniversary gift to him. One item was cancelled almost immediately and it’s still in stock, but I have yet to receive my refund. And my order still haven’t shipped yet. Terrible app with horrible customer service. I put thought and I spent my last money on it knowing my man would absolutely love this. Wanted to surprise him cause he’s been absolutely amazing and instead of receiving what I know will be his favorite gifts of all time, I was only able to get a single balloon and a card. If I got my refund back in the “5-10 days” I couldve done something else Like that’s messed up… Thanks to you and those fake reviews I’m pretty sure I gave my money to scammers aka Printerval. Respectfully do better.

Very poor communication
Please stay away. Ordered my item over two weeks ago and it’s stuck in production. Customer service is unable to help with the timeframe.

I ordered something from a seller and they canceled it and still haven’t given me a refund. This app is not reliable do not download I want my refund and I mean it but this app is a monstrosity

Buyer BEWARE
Ordered a custom sweatshirt for my puppy for my sons college baseball season. Looked at sizing chart and actually measured my puppy to get the correct size. Ordered the sweatshirt and almost 2 months later (baseball season over) the sweatshirt arrived and when I say it was tiny, I mean this sweatshirt would have fit a pet rat! I emailed customer service and they wanted pictures and measurements. Finally after many emails, pictures and measurements I received my refund. They told me that I could keep the sweatshirt because it was custom and they could not resell it! Well I can use it either! Would not recommend this site to anyone, don’t waste your time or money!
