out of State coverage
I was traveling in Lakeland Florida and had a bad sinus infection. I called Priority Health representative and they told me I could go to any Urgent Care. I did and they will not cover it because of how the Urgent care codes their billing. I asked the question and Priority contacted the Urgent care. they confirmed it was Urgent care but that is how they do their billing. priority still wouldn’t cover my claim. priority said something and did not stand behind it.

Site needs to be fixed.
Tired of “Our heads must be in the clouds” and the inability to see if something is covered. Worthless site. Site has been like this for at least 2 years.

Constantly loops Face ID scan
Cannot login or use app, it is stuck in an infinite loop trying to scan my face.
Login locked into constant refresh
Downloaded today and have spent an hour trying to login. It accepts my login info and then after verifying Face ID, refreshes back to Face ID, accepts it and repeats until I shut the app down. Horrible.
Terrible App
So far it has done the facial recognition 31 times and it still hasn’t signed me in.

Every time I use this app, I have to reset the password at least three times to get in it. I have tons of apps on my phone. I never have issues with the apps like I have with this one. I understand security, but it’s annoying anytime you can’t save your password and use it.
Bad customer service
I’ve been calling numerous times and they keep promising to send me a new card however it never comes They just lie to me and say it’s on the way.

Different Doctor list after open enrollment
Searching doctors showed in network after open enrollment doctors don’t show up seems like they intentionally had last years doctor list showing and not this years
This app is not great. Hope the coverage is better.
Wow, drop downs don’t work, search function is awful. There is no way to navigate from a physical back to the list without starting over. Would hope a doctor/hospital app would have a basic workable function. Hopefully the care is better.

Incorrect information
The app is fine but the information on it is not. It’s hard to find the right doctors or places to get procedures. Even with a help of representative, I still was sent to a place that instead of $500 estimated payment, my bill was $1800.
