This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. I like the scanner but that is where my positive feelings end. If someone who is pretty knowledgeable when it comes to using apps has trouble with it, I can’t imagine trying to navigate through this app if I were elderly and not tech savvy.
What a hassle!
The app never recognizes my password. I have to stand in the middle of the store and wait for a code and change my password and verify that it’s me two or three times. At the same visit, I will scan an item and it says eligible and then if I scan it again, it says not eligible. Almost more trouble than it’s worth.

Categories are not complete
Trying to find items that should be under any of the categories is a joke. The items show up if you go through the “All Items” category, which means that you have to search through a hundred items, but they don’t show up when looking in the specific category!

Works ok, program does not!
I’ve used my OTC card successfully and it scans products fine in store. But, I can NOT use my “Wellness” amount on my OTC card! You are supposed to to be able to but apparently the only way for me to spend that will be to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed! I’ll be losing my $285 wellness amount because I can not afford to be paying out of pocket on my set income! What’s the point of the otc card!?

Terrible App
Try to use App in store to scan products and it goes blank. Even with WiFi. Have to reinstall. Today it wasn’t even listed in the App Store when I tried to install again. Unfortunate they are going to use for 2026 also.

Meijer’s OTC No Bueno!
I have been using Meijer’s in Michigan for the last 14 months.
I buy the same protein drinks every month, until August 2025.
Now when I use my OTC card Sept-Oct it declines the same previously purchased items.
So then I tried buy some fresh fruit, also Declined as not approved items?
Playing devils advocate, I spoke to a Meijer’s Manager, he indicated that the same thing has been happening to all Priority Health OTC card holders, and this was not a Meijer’s issue, it’s Priority Health.
Calling the OTC help line, they indicated they were having issues on their end, “Priority Health OTC.”
Bottom line, it worked at Walmart for the exact items I had been purchasing at Meijer’s.
The kicker is, I received a refer a friend offer from Priority Heath that offers a $20 gift card if I refer a friend to Priority Health.

This app is the worst! Worked at one store and now is just a white screen. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Same white screen!

I tried purchasing antiperspirant Old Spice Classic and sensodyne toothpaste. Neither are part of OTC program. Unhappy with that
Monthly payments can no longer be carried over.
If you don’t use your monthly amount you lose it as of January 2025. Cannot be carried over to the next month.
