Loading data spinning wheel
I just downloaded the app on my iPhone 14 Plus with 17.6.1 iOS, and it won’t display the home page and just spins “loading data” even if I close and reopen the app or log out and log back in. It will let me see some of the exercises and my profile, but main features of this app appear to be not working right now. Many weeks later, and it is still spinning and loading data. I wish they would take this app out of the App Store so other people do not download it thinking they are going to get a working application.

Dashboard will not load
As others have said in their reviews, the dashboard is blank and just continues to spin and spin. There is no menu to access help or a “frequently asked questions”. I’m thinking the app is not designed very well.
App never opens
You can fill out your profile and there are exercises available, but the dashboard constantly is loading, never actually comes up. Too bad! I was excited to have the tool.

App Doesn’t Work
The dashboard doesn’t show up at all, just has a spinning symbol like its trying but it’s been two days. Too bad.
Not working
The Dashboard won’t load. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, but it still doesn’t work.
RISE
I don’t know what I’m supposed to be doing for these intervals. Nothing shows up. Just says 4 min interval then 30 second recovery.

I followed the instructions to download this app from Dr. Arciero’s book. After filling in my info it went to a red screen with yellow lines and froze. Tried many ways to fix and redo load. Nothing worked.

Bug
There is bug that we cannot access workout program interval/ recovery in interval section. It only shows the blank in the video... pls fix it as soon as possible!
