Terrible App
What a Terrible App there’s no login spot and everywhere you click opens up a webpage and leaves the app so stupid.
Why?
Why do we have yet another app for or health records and appointments? Why is prisma health trying to separate from my chart? We can connect all providers from there and it makes it convenient for everyone. I’m deleting this silliness and prisma can just deal with the delays of me filling stuff out when I arrive at my appointments. I have the time…🙄

Glitchy as bad as the old one
Can’t complete a message or get an appointment before app quits and throws me back to the main page. Deleted, reinstalled, restarted phone…doesn’t matter. This was supposed to be an improvement…not.
Crashes Constantly on iPhone
When using the app, it constantly crashes on my phone. I have an iPhone X, but my phone is updated with the latest iOS 16. The app itself, from what I can see, looks extremely useful and user-friendly. It’s just I am unable to use it, so therefore it was a waste of a download for me. Maybe after a few more bugs are worked out, I can use it on my phone. I look forward to seeing the hospital's layout and using the appointment system they have set up within the app.
