Doesn’t work

Had 5 minutes rather than 30

Awful signal at prison. Timing a joke as child at school when call booked. Officer stated issue was my signal. In car park reception good & data good. Got home while son holding phone waiting to talk to Dad, had less then 2 minutes eventually as still didn’t work, we have fibre internet so that excuse not valid.

To strict and very stupid

Very stupid app, they want all ur personal info for them to reject every video call I have tried to book with them then I get told the prisoner has to book it and they can only book you for the video call during weekdays and only at certain times! Well what about us that works weekdays? And we can’t all have lunch at 2 because that’s the only time that’s available! And also I can’t bring anyone else into the call or can’t even show my incarcerated sibling the sun or sky without getting a warning and it cutting off, or even screenshotting the facts that it’s just a black screen I will send u the proof aswell.very frustrating I deleted this rubbish and by law they better delete all my personal info I gave them. Do not get!

Prepare your mind to avoid disappointment

The app is good and it was good quality. Be prepared in not receiving your full 30 minutes as the participant may be late or unable to connect/ log in. It is a good way to connect with someone incarcerated and see their face

Terrible and not fit for purpose

I have been trying to organise a call for over a month and still unable to get a call sorted.
Worst app I have ever used.
Don’t waste your time trying.

First video call

Hi I think For is as a couple it’s brilliant as I’m disabled in a wheelchair I havnt seen him since last March and it was so upsetting as I can’t get to prison visit im struggling at home and missing my partner thsnkyou to giving this service to prisoners and their family’s

Prison call

Make sure the prisoner knows what time your call is so they can be there asap as my call started straight away at time stated and prisoner wasnt in room so i lost half of my call .

Video calls do not work

Rang through the app once, when I tried to accept the call it did nothing and the call did not happen. I waited on the app for 40 minutes and received no call or option to join. Thanks for wasting my time.
