This app is 100% broken. Several screens show up blank (e.g., score history), I cannot scroll up/down on multiple other screens. I’ve complained to their customer service but nothing was ever resolved. I cannot imagine I’m the only one with this issue. It’s embarrassing how bad this app is.

I’ve been using PrivacyGuard for years. It’s the best for credit monitoring and alerts. I’ve been able to buy two homes and several cars by monitoring my credit through PrivacyGuard.
Unable to view credit score
Only my Experian credit is showing. For TransUnion and Equifax it says scores not available.

Honestly it is a good app but why would you put a cancel membership button if it does not let you cancel the membership. That is a pointless feature that got me really angry
Why I can’t get new format on my iPhone
Seem there’s a new better more detail format from the picture but mines still the same plain format

Cancellation Process is Tedious
It took them 20 minutes to cancel my membership.
This app is broken!
I can get a notification that there’s been a change a to my credit report, so when I try to go in and click the alert it just rolls back to the first page! And it happens repeatedly, how. Are you charging people for an app that barely functions?

I have used the website for a long time, great to have all my information any time of day on my phone too! Great to be notified on your phone immediately if you have an issue . Been victim of ID theft before and this would have really been helpful back then!
