This app is life changing! Love using the services and having so much fun gym and pool hopping! Not to mention the restaurant discounts!
Waste of money
Do not waste your time or money. 3/3 times I tried to use it I was refused. Privilee refused to refund my membership so stuck with this useless membership. It’s pointless. Very poor selection of classes to book(also the ones you can have reducers classes for provided membership)save your money. I’m very sceptical about the positive reviews it’s gotten here too. Smacks or paid for reviews…avoid at all costs

Bad experience
They refused to let us in, and were rude even when we made a reservation the previous day and it was confirmed. When finally after 25min the director by pity let us in. Sure enough during check in we had a reservation an that receptionist apologized. I called Privilee to ask them why this would happen and they explained they will call the hotel can call me back and I never heard back. I will cancel my membership as it was a a really really bad experience

Locked Out of My Own Membership
I’ve used Privilee for a while now, and honestly, the concept is great — but the execution? A complete joke. I’ve had to change my phone several times (normal life stuff — upgrades, faulty devices, etc.), and apparently, that’s enough to get you locked out of your own account if you didn’t manually log out first. Because clearly, everyone remembers to log out of their broken phone before it dies, right?
Now, instead of implementing something basic like facial recognition, two-step verification, or even a secure re-login process, Privilee’s solution is… drumroll… to make me write a signed letter promising to only use one device. In 2025. From a tech-based company. You can’t make this up.
Instead of protecting members from fraud with modern authentication, they punish the paying customers who are simply upgrading their phones. Absolute nonsense

Forcing frequent updates
Very inconvenient that it doesn’t let you check in when there’s an update. I’m out and I have to waste data and time downloading the update. This happens too often
Stole my money
They keep deducting money from my account and also it's not worth because must of the good gym's they remove it from privilee

Disappointed Customer Service and Application
I am very disappointed with the application since they removed most of the venues also the customer service is worse I was trying to speak to them in a friendly way, unfortunately they got very bad attitude although I have just requested for cancelling my membership since I do have health situation and I can’t drive long drives since they started removing many venues nearby my house .. don’t ever think to download or register in the application they are fraud

Doesn’t do 100% of what it is supposed to
I have the app and I am a member. It has a lot of bugs. It lags and isn’t as user friendly as it is supposed

This company is an absolute scam. Their customer service is rude and unprofessional. As soon as you want to cancel or leave, they’ll scam you. Then they ignore all your emails and messages. I’ve never seen such a rude and unprofessional people. Don’t waste your money. They don’t even have the best deals.

Don’t buy the positive reviews
I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with Privilee. I’ve been refused access from beach clubs, treated as unwelcome for being a Privilee customer, and been disappointed with clubs becoming unavailable / unlisted without any notice. While the customer service is relatively prompt - they won’t actually offer you any help or take accountability for service quality. Don’t recommend!

Best freetime investment
We have privilee since more than a year now and it’s amazing… beach clubs, gyms, discounts at those venues - money well invested for a yearly plan
Program is amazing, app not
So many payment issues with the app. Apple Pay button not clickable and therefore not working. Other payment method keeps failing. WhatsApp customer service is just as useless as the app itself. Very frustrating annoying 2025 to not have the basic payment features working
Auto renewal
I subscribed for a year and it used to auto renew every month with the money withdrawal.
After the year finished, the contract should've ended and no more auto renewal. Unfortunately they did the auto renewal without asking me if i want to extend the contract and they withdrew the money from my card without asking me as well!

Find better alternatives
Customer care is too slow and do minimum to help. Literally no effort. I hope we can see better alternatives in the UAE otherwise these guys will keep doing whatever they want once you sign up.

Privlee was great, unfortunately not anymore especially for Abu Dhabi users.
The reduced the good avenues (Saadiyat Island), or it is nearly impossible to reserve a spot.
I had a membership with them for nearly 3 years, definitely will not renew and I don’t recommend anybody to do so.

Never able to book popular destinations
In a nutshell , this service acts like a scam. They announce popular destinations like Nikki, WestInn, Jumeirah hotels within all of their ads. And yes, these hot destinations are mentioned in the app, of course.
While in the reality you are never able to book these venues even at 8 PM the day before. Support will tell you that “it was booked within a seconds bla bla bla”.
So what is the point of paying then? For other venues and gyms you can buy year-long pass for a price of one or two months of Privelee.
