Racist undertones and an incredibly offensive way to treat applicants.
I applied to The Secret Society and, as part of the application process, was required to upload photographs. My application was subsequently rejected.
What really stood out was the rejection email, which began:
“Hello darkness, my old friend”
I am a Black person. You have just reviewed my photographs and then sent me a rejection email addressing me as “darkness.”

Classic bait-and-switch. They reached out to me specifically to join, but after I signed up they rejected saying i need to focus on my engagement 😂 It’s clear they are just spamming invites to inflate their download numbers and then gatekeeping to look "exclusive”. Avoid at all costs
Poor Costumer Service.
Seems like they do not accept male users for some strange & sexist reasons. I’ve been waiting for confirmation for over a week, even contacted them on IG but they don’t seem to be responsive. Disappointed with the poor costumer service.
