New app doesn’t work

Have been switched to an updated version of the app which is so unclear and confusing. Have tried to set my device on a timer /only come on at a certain humidity level but it’s coming on regardless. No idea how to resolve this, having to manually turn it off when it’s come on by itself / incorrectly!

Problematic app

Whilst the device I used works well, the app loses the device on a daily basis to the point of being very annoying.

The owners of the app are well aware of this well known problem for a long time of the problem of a device that has been added keeps on disappearing daily and has to be re added and have not fixed the problem; Amazing.

My device doesn’t have a remote control and so I rely on the app but if if it keeps dumping and losing the device due to a reset on a daily basis then the App is next to useless. Firmware update please.

Fantastic fan with a great app.

I wanted something as good as a Dyson but less expensive and I have found it. Really effective and the app to control it is brilliant.
