Account anlegen hinderlich
Die App sieht gut aus. Gutes Design. Funktion soweit gegeben. Potenzial nach oben ist noch vorhanden. Da ich das Gerät ins Smart Home integriert habe interessiert mich die App wenig.

Die App verlangt nach einem PW mit groß- Kleinbuchstaben - man kommt so nicht weiter.

Account nicht erstellbar
Ich habe mehrfach versucht, einen Account anzulegen, nach der Passworteingabe ging es nicht weiter, obwohl mein Passwort mehr als 8 Stellen und Groß-und Kleinbuchstaben hatte. Fertigstellen konnte nicht ausgeführt werden. Mein Gerät steuere ich nun vor Ort per Hand. Schade. 😢
Temperature reading disappeared from app. Retrograde!
Down further to two stars as temperature readout has been removed from app, this is crazy…Older review was 5 stars instead of 3 - ruined by forcing something to do with bluetooth, showing multiple aspects of lack of knowledge, here’s a couple: bluetooth obliterates wifi, why would i want it permanently on, trying simply to avoid probreeze’s error message on the latest update?, and i don’t know what use my device having BT on is, when the probreeze device is out in the summerhouse and my ipad is several brick walls away…phfft, I don’t understand, BT is an absolute pox on wifi, my tests show cuts wifi speed/power by 75%, it’s a scattergun, don’t programmers know this?and I found the answer to my own question (see below)…simply switch the unit off for 30 seconds and back on again, and the ‘bluetooth pairing’ that blats your wifi, stops doing it. OLD but pertinent info follows! - PLEASE enable us to turn OFF the bluetooth independently of the wifi! It seems as though after pairing, the bluetooth does what all bluetooth does, ie obliterates all wifi signals except the very strongest. I’ve done tests, i had to turn off bluetooth on my apple devices especially turn offBT speakers etc, because they take a 35mbps wifi signal and shred it to 10mbps. Our probreeze dehumidifier is in the garden summerhouse, and i specially have mains cable extenders out there running a good 25mbps garden signal - but your unit’s bluetooth drops this to 2mbps in the summerhouse. Pretty please let us turn off the bluetooth once we’ve set the app up! Thanks.

Lost timer
Seem to have lost the timer function for my dehumidifier. It was there yesterday but today its gone. Not much point in having an app if I have set set half of it up on the machine itself.

Have to say delighted with the product and the app, recommend without reservation.
Needs a better timer function
Apart from setting daily on and off times, it would be good to have the ability to switch off after a certain length of time
Small Font Size
Dear Developer, please increase the Font size for the Humidity and Temperature screen. There is plenty of space on the display. Thank you.
Schlechte App
Angeblich kann man diese auf deutsch umstellen. Die abschaltautomatik geht auch nicht einzustellen .

Straight forward app, very intuitive and works as needed. Easy to sync to your products.

The app just works… has helped a lot to reduce the humidity in our home this winter.
Annoying app update messages
It’s a great app and till a couple of weeks ago 5*. Excellent control of the de-humidifier. But now the app keeps repeatedly telling me to update from an app I’ve never used to the very app that I am using and that is sending the notifications. I can’t work out any way to stop it or break the loop. I see others have this issue too (looking at reviews on here).

Annoying message about switching tot eh new app
Overall I am very happy with my device but the app is rather annoying. I got a message to switch to the new app when they changed to to pro breeze which o did but now even in the new app I keep getting the old message persists toy popping up when I plug in my heat pump unit! It’s driving me crazy! Also it would be nice if I could schedule it to switch from heating to cooling for different times of the day I always need to switch that manually that’s the biggest downside!

Annoying ‘upgrade’ notifications
As others have mentioned, the app sends you notifications to ‘upgrade’ and install to the app itself that you already have installed and is sending the notifications

Honestly a great app, but it currently sends a notification 16 times a day (no exaggeration) to ask users to move over to the app we’re already using

I will drop 1 star, mainly because PB App keeps asking me every day (sometimes multiple times a day) to use PB App that I’m already using since months.
Upgrades
It is very irritating to receive constant nags to upgrade to pro breeze, an app I already have installed. How can this be resolved?
