I bought the test from Home Depot Canada for $20 and instructions said to download app for more detailed information. I downloaded the app and all it was was a digital copy of the card that comes with the test from the store. Nothing to help me set the settings on the softener I just installed. Waste of money and time.

Can’t register
Same as above use. Trying to register using app. Just get message “must fill in all fields”. No indication which field is the problem. Sending without the online registration number.

I also can’t register, I will call them to see if I can get my results or I am just going to have to get a refund.
