I bought the test from Home Depot Canada for $20 and instructions said to download app for more detailed information. I downloaded the app and all it was was a digital copy of the card that comes with the test from the store. Nothing to help me set the settings on the softener I just installed. Waste of money and time.

Can’t register
Same as above use. Trying to register using app. Just get message “must fill in all fields”. No indication which field is the problem. Sending without the online registration number.

Does not accept postal codes from Canada. Wants a Zip code. What if you don’t live in the USA?

Don’t register if you live in Canada
You cannot register this on the app if you live in Canada- it insists on a Zip code and doesn’t accept a Canadian postal code. Poor attention to detail for a lab that is supposed to do business in Canada.

This is a terrible and pointless app, they don’t even have all the kits. And it just shows you the comparison colors, same thing as what comes in the package.

Filled in every single field 3x over. Without registration number, the product you buy to test is useless.

All fields filled in and like another reviewer here, put in N/A for the muni field. Guessing they will have no problem taking my money though.
Worthless water test
Can I give zero stars? The test kit itself is a waste of money. The measurement ranges are too narrow. Water pH only measures between 6.2 and 8.4. My previous well water test measured a pH of 5.2 and in this region, I’ve seen ph measure as low as 4.8. This test won’t measure anywhere near that. Hardness also doesn’t have a very accurate measure if you are using it adjust your softener. This app is basically just a screen shot of the poor instructions that come with the package. Do not waste your money.

Straight up doesnt work
I tried to register the asbestos test kit online. Filled out all the fields but keep getting the “all fields required” error. No matter what I do i cannot submit the registration. Garbage.
Can’t register to get online registration number on iPhone
App doesn’t work. I fill out all information for the asbestos kit and it hit process registration and nothing happens. If I scroll it tells me I’m missing information. Hamburger menu icon is in location that can’t be clicked on. Overall, app just doesn’t work despite being recommended on the product.
