No problems
For all the negative reviewers, this program has been a asset to my company and I have sold hundreds of thousands of projects because of the mobile platform. I purchased the $1500 software (desktop version ) then went mobile . If your not using it every day or for a one time project its not worth you time or $. Customer service is great for us, alway got me back on line in and if there were glitches. Most bad reviews are unfounded and lack all the information leading up to the perceived negative expirence. Doesn’t work right! #ANNOYING
Before I download every app, I look at the reviews. This game had bad reviews, so I thought I would try it out. People, you need to LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!! When I went on the app, I didn’t even know where to start, because you need to fill out an account thing, or whatever that is. It just doesn’t really work right. If you are looking just for a fun game to design things, DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS GAME!! It is a joke. Literally.

This was bought out by draftix some years ago, it used to be called earthscape and we paid 1.2k for the program THEN and it was worth every penny. So about 3 years ago we bought the software not knowing this crappy company bought them and paid 1.3k.....fast forward, we can’t use it in our macs since it’s not supported, the service dep. is a crappy as Walmart’s customer service, it’s the same dude every time you call and he isn’t very customer service oriented. We literally threw away money because the software is GARBAGE and I have used it like 3 times, I have had to use my child’s HP to work with this crap and it is such a dinosaur with technology that I had to use my adobe to edit the picture and then come back and add the plants. NOT TO MENTION, you take a picture with a 16mp camera when you upload the picture to their software it reduces the quality to a 1mp (as if you took with a low quality cam), when I inquired about that since the previous software was NOT like that, they said “oh that the software and nothing can be done”. Every year you have to dish out over 1k to use their garbage software SINCE they do “updates” to the library, so all around this company is a joke and it’s a pyramid scheme. Even with apple which it’s a world renown company, you buy their expensive hardware and they are caring about their customer enough to update their stuff along with the new stuff; this company forces you to buy their stuff constantly and it’s certainly not worth it not customer friendly.

Bad user experience
I echo the other reviews. I downloaded it thinking I could get an idea for my front yard landscape plan. This app won’t let you do anything! You have to be a paid user of their landscape pro software. Bait and switch.
Does nothing
It does nothing. Everything I clicked on said I required some pro version to be activated. I basically downloaded an app that displays its logo... and that's it.

Wish they would have thought about the user experience, downloaded and uninstalled due to not being able to use it out of the box.

Ok so I downloaded the app to my iPad it must have froze because it would let me do anything. Unfortunately I HAD to give it 1 star because the review process won't let you give negative star. Don't waste time or memory on this because you will just end up deleting it like I did.

Skeleton App - Pro edition has the actual features
This was an empty with only a framework. All actual features can only be utilized with the Pro Upgrade. So it's basically only a skeleton.
Crap
Impossible to evaluate without payed subscription. If you want people to buy, allow a full functional trial. Don't waste your time.
