Love this app!!! My husband and I use this app for everything!!!! Investing on this app was the best thing we did!
Beware
This software absolutely sucked. Little things where automations would turn off without any reason, the inability to export data without a higher plan, many emails not sending, and many more things. My cortisol levels were higher than a skydiver pulling the chute ripcord twice every time I opened this interface and began working with it. Not only that, but their plans are very weird and they only offer a couple of them, all of which are very expensive for the return.
An example of the problem with this software is the inability to take the “budgeted hours” off of the client PDF when they want to download a pdf on an estimate. So if I put 10 budgeted hours down for a job, the customer will see that. If that customer then sees I only took 8 hours, they won’t be happy.
I’ll give the devil his credit, their customer service is next to none. It’s awesome. But customer service matters if you have something functional to actually service, this software is not that.
