Useful App

Tilt auto backlight will turn off by itself

Very effective app just as their watches! Love the app and the watch which in my case is b70

But there is a bug which has been mentioned in some reviews that the auto backlight feature will sometimes turn it off randomly.

Additionally, it will be nice to have auto light on feature to be on only after sunset and before sunrise. I believe it is also supported by the firmware of the watch and should be easier to support in the app too

minor calendar bug

the step counter shows correctly on monthly calendar but weekly view is off by one day

Never had a problem, hope it stays that way

My experience with the app and my watch on iPhone has been seamless. I hope it remains reliable, and have to give credit to Casio for keeping on top of it. Thank you.

Light

The auto light feature when tilting sometimes turns itself off in the app. It’s minor but kind of annoying. Otherwise the app is decent for the Pro Trek.

Great watch

Comfortable, durable, waterproof, and accurate timepiece.

Hardly ever works

This watch has great features but none of them work correctly the Quach is always out of time

Pairing to iPhone 11 Pro Max

Just received my watch and followed the instructions to pair but all I get is error on the watch and the app does not open.

Will not connect

Always fails to connect to iPhone.

Needs to be able to add friends

Love my pro trek watch with the step counter but they need a way to join groups or add friends on the step counter. This is the only reason Casio pro trek is not my everyday watch

Will never connect

Bought this watch because it had step tracking, but this app never can connect. Both the watch and the phone are brand new.

Needs Connectivity

Apple health, google fit, something. Tracking steps in a proprietary app isn’t useful in 2020. Other than lack of options there no complaints.

Useful for initial setup

The app makes setting up the watch much easier. The route tracking, waypoint / location recorder and step counter are all too basic to be useful.

The step counter is over counting. So it would be helpful if there were additional calibration options. I’ve tried adjusting my height profile which helped a little, but it would be easier to just directly enter a stride distance.

It doesn’t seem to have support to my PRG-650Y

I launch the app and it’s not being able to find my watch needs an update watch itself is beautiful just not the app please updated thanks

Need to support Apple Health- Steps

Please make a link for step counts so they sync with the phones Apple Health app. That way I can run with the phone in pocket. Thank you. Excellent app. Works
