Does the job

Great for tracking mechanical watch accuracy and only a dollar to access all the features. Only suggestion for quality of life is the beeping sound mechanic for the 57, 58, 59, and 60 sec. It only works/ makes sound if the iPhone is not in silent mode (bell icon off).

Great app!

This app is a must-have for anyone with mechanical watches - love the watch accuracy tracking - the beeping on the reference clock is a gamechanger!

Easy to use

Simple. Does exactly what it claims, and makes it easy. One thing I do wish it had is notifications/reminders

Nearly Perfect

Very simple but effective. Only improvement could be a ‘current time’ button when you start tracking a watch to save time (rather than set then click to record current time). It’s free and doesn’t pester you with ads.

Excellent App

Wow, a very well designed app that only requires a very cheap 1 dollar payment for unlimited use. Very cool that it allows for measurement of time at not just the 0s mark but at the other 15s mark intervals too

FAQ

What does Twelve O'clock do?

Twelve O'clock is an app designed for tracking the accuracy of your mechanical watches. It allows you to manually log checkpoints to calculate how many seconds your watch gains or loses per day. It also helps you manage your watch collection by letting you add, edit, and remove watches, complete with photos.

How do I track my watch's accuracy?

To track your watch's accuracy, you add checkpoints within the app. By inputting these checkpoints, the app calculates the accuracy in seconds per day. You can then view a chart showing the accuracy trends over time, providing a realistic view of your watch's performance.

Is Twelve O'clock free to use?

The app is free to download and use, with the option for in-app purchases. This means you can enjoy the core features of tracking your watch accuracy and managing your collection without initial cost, with additional features or content potentially available through purchases.

What kind of watches can I track with this app?

This app is primarily for tracking the accuracy of mechanical watches. It's designed for a manual, old-school approach to monitoring timekeeping, similar to synchronizing a watch to a reference clock. It does not measure instantaneous accuracy like a timegrapher device.

What other features does the app offer besides accuracy tracking?

Beyond tracking watch accuracy, the app allows you to build and manage a collection of your watches. You can add, edit, and remove items from your collection, and include a photograph for each watch. Additionally, it offers curated content for horology enthusiasts to learn more about watches.
