Most difficult to use!
This is the most difficult HRA account to use. No coordinating with insurance and makes it extremely difficult for cardholders to manage. Not only do you need payment receipts but detailed bill with codes and EOB for each service. For people who have dual health coverage it’s even worse! Would not recommend. So many coworkers have given up with this card and the money sits and rots because that’s how terrible they are.
