Extremely basic

The app shows promise but it's only real use is to document tasks and nothing else of real substance. You can't track progress, show changes or add sub contractors to a task. It's really inadequate

Clean look and easy to use

I run a home improvement company and have used this app for 3 years now. Love the ability to add high quality job pics to the invoices and estimates. Costumers love it.

Needed

User needs to be able to individually print invoices and show proof of owning business and have formal proof of paid invoices to show when getting bank loans

I’ve used this app for over 2 years now and have watched It progress. It has benefited my small kitchen and bathroom remodeling business by keeping us organized with photos and notes, I always come back to my projects saved on this app for reference whenever there is a question on the jobsite.
I really appreciate It being free too.

2 things that I feel that would make this app more useful for me is a receipts folder and punch list folder within the project.
When I post photos of each recipe from homedepot or Lowe’s It floods the project feed.

Great product

I’ve been using pro build for 4 years, it’s a great tool for tracking employee hours and location. Estimating and invoicing made easy. I recommend to any owner/operator

Great idea, right now we are working on adding support for uploading other types of files. PDF's, and other document types are our main focus, but I'll add your vote to a feature request on your end for first class video support.

This makes me money!

I have so much more ability to keep an accurate accounting of our hours and materials, and that has proven to be money in my pocket. If there is ever a question I can show right to the minute what each man did, as well as materials used.
The only thing this app needs is a file cabinet to store completed jobs in so we can go back later and reference.

Best app for contractors

So far I’m really loving the app the only things I wish it had was a calendar function for scheduling and a work order function only to make it a little more convenient. Other than this I couldn’t wish for a better app to use for my business.

I Love This App!

When I first started my business, I scoured the internet for an app to make running my business easier.

I have been using this app to help run my small concrete business for three years now.

I have 4-5 employees and we perform 50-100 jobs per year. I am able to manage my business all in this app. My guys like using the clock in clock out feature and it really helps with billing clients if we perform work for time and material.

Writing estimates and invoices is super easy!

Most importantly, Kevin, their tech support guy is very responsive and listens to suggestions I have to make the app work better for me! Kevin fixes issues in a matter of minutes some times!

I will never use another app! This is the best estimating, invoicing, and time tracking construction app in the game!
