Terrible app experience
The basic search functionality does not work properly
They can cheat and fraud you
I wanted to order an Enya Nova Go SP1 Black guitar which is Priced at 25,500 but I had a coupon so it was showing to me as 21,675 but the black color was not available. So I inquired and talked to Govind Sharma from Pro Craft. He informed me that you prebook and give a payment of 1000 they will inform me and provide guitar. I inquired that this 1000 will be deducted from the amount right? He answered yes. I even offered that I can pay the whole amount now but he said no just pay the 1000 amount and inform me guitar will be available within a week or so. I made the payment of 1000 on January 2 the guitar is available to me on 30th january and here come the twist he provide me another coupon and told me to purchase the guitar so with that the guitar is costing me now 22856 and the 1000 rupees is not deductible from this so the guitar which should cost me 21,675 suddenly costing me 23856. I said no I don’t want to buy refund me my 1000. He said no sir it is expired it is not refundable. I told him have you informed me this before he said I never asked. So basically they are fraud if you are buying online. I have no idea what there actual quality of product is.
