Split King won’t split control
We have 2 beds, people and apps. BUT, We cannot each control our own bed. One app takes over both. Period. I want control of my bed people.
It disconnects when you are out of range, then continuous to notify me though there are no notifications allowed.
The buttons are not in sequence with the remote.
The timer starts a low vibrate mode. It feels like it is always on.

How to make timer work
The bed needs to be in “One Touch” mode for the timer in the app to work. I could not find this documented anywhere. Also, the order of the “Head” and “Pillow” adjustments are not the same between the physical remote and the app.

Won’t stay connected making the app worthless.
Could be so much better!
App is mostly functional, but glitchy, and far too basic. When I connect to my bed, the light inexplicably goes on, and won’t go off till I disconnect and reconnect again. The bed itself is capable of so much...the app should at least have the following options:
*More than one timer, or a timer than can go through more than one position as a sequence throughout the night.
*The alarm should give you more than the option to wake from vibration (vibrations wake everyone up, even with the split king). You should be able to set the wake-up alarm to raise you into any position you would like.
*There should be far more than four user programmable presets! In addition to that, the flat position should be one of the standard preset options that you can use to set the timer.
There are many other things that would make this app better, but those would be a great start!

Needs Visual Update
I would have given this app five start were it not for the how difficult it is to read the print. I need readers and even though it’s annoying to have to grab my glasses to see this, especially at night, even with my glasses, I feel I have to strain to read anything on the app. Please do an update on the visuals. I would also love it if the massage function showed the intensity level you were using with a number, as well as which type of massage is selected.
