Glitchy and limited
This app has very limited functionality and is riddled with errors. When you call Prodigy directly, they don’t have the ability to do much that the app can’t, either. Very disappointing. Prodigy needs to get with the times and invest in their technology.
Terrible Support for Borrowers
I’m really disappointed with Prodigy Finance’s customer service. It was easy to talk to someone before I became a borrower, but once I got the loan, it became nearly impossible to reach a real person.
I’ve tried emailing, calling, and using WhatsApp — but all I get are automated replies or bots that can’t help with my specific situation. I even called multiple times, and it just kept saying no one was available to answer.
When you’re dealing with something as important as student loan repayments, especially as an international student, it’s super frustrating to feel like no one’s there to support you. I hope they seriously improve their customer service and actually make it possible to speak to a human being when you need help.

Cannot see Statements
The developers completely messed up the latest update and you cannot access loan statements anymore (even though the option is supposed to be there).
Great app
App is easy to use and visually very pleasing.
Worst service
One of the worst. They don’t respond properly. The most regrettable thing. They charge you double when settling the amount.
Login issues
Have to delete and download app again and again everytime when I have to login since the latest update!!

Unable to move forward after login
App is struck at the login page, irritating every time I am uninstalling and installing the app to move forward

After clicking login, it keeps on processing processing processes forever……………. Only fix is to uninstall and reinstall. I hope they fix the issues

Not sure if it’s the new update but haven’t been able to login to the app on iOS since 2 days. It gets stuck on processing after clicking on login button. Hope the team is aware of the issue and working on fixing it!

This app has been very convenient to track my loan. However, for the last few weeks after the last update I can’t log in at all. I enter my username and password press sign in button, but nothing happens

Not working
After providing email and password on the initial screen, it keeps loading and never moves past that. I know login credentials are correct since I was able to login on desktop.
