Really really bad Setup loop
You guys need to do better. Locking a user down a path with 2 buttons and zero feedback or troubleshooting is not a solution, it’s a completely unprofessional design. You’re charging 200 dollars for the WiFi doogle, do better.
Not good
It's working at least, but the UI is not great, maybe worst than the previous app...
There's a Google Home connectivity but the bare minimum, and not always working...
Please improve the Google Home integration, just take example on the others like Mysa: display the current temperature, the desired one, and set the mode.

Siri Shortcut Not working
I love that they are putting the connectivity into their product, but there is no documentation or support whatsoever in case you're having some kind of a problem nor is there even a phone number to call. I've been trying to get Siri shortcuts to work with this for over three years, I have no errors anymore, but it still doesn't function.

Horrible App
The app constantly cycles and takes 2-5 minutes to find the fireplace, if it connects to it at all. The app loses contact with the fireplace if you are not actively in the app.
It is clear that Regency phoned in this app to the lowest possible bidder with zero quality control and no beta testing.

No thermostat scheduling??
App works pretty well but it can’t do 7 day scheduling like a traditional thermostat can do. This is a serious issue considering it is designed to operate a fireplace heating appliances. Some users don’t want the fireplace running all day every day.
I had to disconnect the Proflame and wire a traditional WiFi thermostat to the fireplace.
I hope they fix this soon!
