Update ruined
Most recent update impaired functionality of the app. Was able to review charts, labs and send prescriptions prior to update and now I can’t do any of that. Please fix ASAP
Terrible app
My first version in 2015 was very user friendly. Last version was so bad I had to take screenshots to read any attachment documents since you couldn’t magnify. Now in this version, the attachments have a 20% chance of being seen. Opens to a blank page. Come on developers, we deserve better than this. We pay a lot every month! Make changes now!

Can't sign in
I can't even sign in anymore. I used to be able to but now it says I need to be registered with a clinic site. Makes no sense. App desperately needs to be updated. Unlocking with face ID and better touch screen usability for iPads are sorely needed

Logging in issue
Every time I log in the app asks me to select my practice again as if I’m new user. Needs more work to be able to review the patients information especially progress reports.
Um, No! Just Access Through a Browser.
This app is horrible. Our practice uses the PrognoCIS EMR which is great when you get it customized for your practice, but this app is horrible. Period. We’re implementing iPads for our MA’s/Nurses and you’re better off just accessing the site through a browser. Don’t count on the app until they fully redesign it.

Glitch after glitch
Update? None listed on App Store. Won’t open on my iPad after several attempts. Terrible app.

Last update
Worked great until this last update. Now I just get "internal error" message when I try to do anything. I can't access my schedule for work now.
Don't download the update
New version does not work. It keeps requesting the update despite the fact it was already downloaded...does not login and it just takes you to App Store.
Keeps me connected and free
What a relief to stay in touch with my EHR via mobile. PTs and staff able to see schedules while out of office or home. Very useful.
Avoid this EMR at all cost!
Point and click. Crashes frequently and very low functionality compared to other EMR. Their customer service is an abomination, their mistakes and lack of support have cost our company several thousands in lost revenue and "support". The app is also mediocre when it works. Now the app is asking me to download the latest version which then takes me to the App Store. The App Store then takes me to the app which asks me to download the latest version again. This circular type of problems are just the type of standard that a provider will encounter when dealing with this company.

Very Good, comprehensive EMR on my IPhone!
Quick, easy menus not only allow you to see your schedule, view labs, E-Rx and your patients' entire charts, but I just tried this latest release and I am able to start a patient visit and document the entire visit on my IPhone. It also includes and makes use of excellent voice recognition tool (Dragon?), that understood me with no errors, upon first try!
This integrates beautifully with their PrognoCIS EMR Suite, so immediately staff at the office can see what I have done and the Billing Dept. approves and instantly submits as a claim.

No able to log in! Why?! I need support
Pathetic
App aborts frequently so I spend more time logging in than working. Also, you cannot get all the patient information from one screen so you need to go through multiple menus to get all the info. It has potential if these issues are fixed.
