Cant transfer back to BIBD
I transfered my money to Progresif PAY to pay my bills, then the pay bill option is not there anymore. Now i cant transfer back my money to my BIBD.
So what can i do with the money in my Progresif PAY? Not gonna loose it like eventhough its just small amount

Very slow
Developer need to update this app to make it faster. Upon clicking the Login button, loading keeps on going forever.

I dont mind progressif pay. I don't do much with it though cause i use it mainly for my savings so it helps that its separate from an actual bank account butttttt please ask the programmer/developer/who ever that is suppose to update it to make it less lagging! Everything takes too long. At some point i have to restart my phone and reinstall the app just so i can get through the biometric part, if not it gets stuck there all the time! I have an iphone XR and a decent wifi connection, not the most advance of items but not the most stone age of items so I don’t think it should be lagging as if im using a Netkad like the olden days. So please, update it nicely cz it does have potential.

Useless app
Not easy log in. Have to use face id . Wish they can make app like tel bru & bibd online

Keep it coming
While the signup process was a little more challenging than it felt like it needed to be, with having to visit a store for confirmation, I’ve always wanted to be able to leave my wallet behind. And while we’re not completely there yet, it’s still fun to pay with your phone and it’s nice to see it starting here in Brunei. Hopefully it will catch on quickly. I love being able to send money to friends and my kids. Any chance of skipping the double authentication in future versions? Just slows the purchase process a bit.

optional fingerprint scan
I was looking forward to use the app but it requires the fingerprint scan feature on the phone to work in which my phone did not have any. Wish this feature was optional.

Looking forward for this app until I installed it. Very dissapointed! First! Face Login?? Very pathetic! Useless! You should give option for login! Please improve that login thing!
Biometric login kept on failing
I am sure that I was using the right finger but it kept on failing every time I wanted to login. Would it be possible to have other alternatives for logging in when the biometric login fails? Thanks
SO MUCH PROBLEM
Try setting up the finger print and face id, it works flawlessly but unfortunately it affect my BIBD biometric login. After uninstall bibd and setup the biometric again now it affect my prcbpay biometric. What is thissss?

Payment online Hassle FREE!!
Easy online transaction. Shopping online makes me less worry now. I only spend what is only available in my Pay card and not worrying my actual bank account. Best of all its mastercard approved! Peer 2 Peer service is a breeze. Lets me pay my friends for lunch 🤓
