เป็นแอพที่โอนเงินเข้า แล้วโอนออกไม่ได้เลย เงินจะอยู่ในบัตรไป เวลาโอนเงินใส่บัตรคิดดีๆ ลำบากมาก

Upd: They unblocked my account
I thought Big Pay is great app for traveling and paying all over the world until they suddenly blocked my account with active balance for no reason. I’ve been writing for support for more than 3 months. All I get is empty soulless responses, they just ignoring me and don’t try to help me.
Really disappointed and badly surprised especially on contrast with smooth using of this app for last 2 years.

Ter blokir
Sudah upload sesuai intruksi data2 dan transfer uang. Malah di block oleh sistem. Gmn ini aplikasinya susah register. Uang saya sangkut didalamnya

Didn't let me take passport photo to proceed, my camera was all black without anything blocking the lens
