เป็นแอพที่โอนเงินเข้า แล้วโอนออกไม่ได้เลย เงินจะอยู่ในบัตรไป เวลาโอนเงินใส่บัตรคิดดีๆ ลำบากมาก

I thought Big Pay is great app for traveling and paying all over the world until they suddenly blocked my account with active balance for no reason. I’ve been writing for support for more than 3 months. All I get is empty soulless responses, they just ignoring me and don’t try to help me.
Really disappointed and badly surprised especially on contrast with smooth using of this app for last 2 years.

Ter blokir
Sudah upload sesuai intruksi data2 dan transfer uang. Malah di block oleh sistem. Gmn ini aplikasinya susah register. Uang saya sangkut didalamnya

Didn't let me take passport photo to proceed, my camera was all black without anything blocking the lens

Complicated app. Still tbgnis way better than this. Asking sooooo many requirements when it was them who needs to prove themselves as they are hadling our money.

I take the picture of my id more than 10 times clearly but can’t log in

I have been trying for a week now to just get a agent to contact me regarding my account since it was blocked while I was trying to pay online and I have send them around 15 emails saying it was me but yet no reply I really miss the old BigPay 2018 when u see the queue of people until they reach out

BigPay is a useful and simple digital banking app that helps you manage money easily. The app comes with a prepaid card and offers clear features like spending tracking and cheap international transfers.
What’s good:
• Very easy to use and understand.
• Great for overseas transfers with low fees and good exchange rates.
• Lets you track and manage your spending clearly.
• Secure — you can lock/unlock your card anytime.
What’s not so good:
• Not a full bank (no savings, loans, or investments).
• Customer service can be slow sometimes.
• I find the cooling-off period in the BigPay app quite frustrating. It slows down transactions and makes it harder to access my money quickly. For a digital banking app, I expected smoother and faster service without unnecessary delays. I appreciate the cooling-off period in BigPay for security and privacy, but it can feel slow when I need quick access.

Slowest Support on earth
Card got blocked for no good reason and been 24 hrs now haven’t received any response. They are ridiculously slow at solving issues

The app is hacked mailing address never gets update to the new one !!!!
I had updated my mailing address thru the BigPay app 2 months ago but the card delivery consignment still printed to the old address!!!! When I rejected the delivery by courier company it’s returned back to BigPay HQ!!!! No one do anything about it!!! I am left with no card for months!!! Several complaints submitted via app chat NO response, the customer service line NO answer as well!!! Something fishy about this company I will proceed to report to the authorities

please dont use this app if you dont want to lose money 2 june my account active, next week my transfer facility transfer active by giving supported document , 16 june my account blocked because they said suspicious transaction but i never use it any , i asked why my account blocked they said i need to submit same data again , this is absurd and the reason why they block my account also not clear, so not convincing that they can save huge money like touch n go , what about before verification? . and the funny thing they reach out about verification after they receive money 20 ringgit from me. i mean heyy why you not check if me eligible or not before you ask me 20 ringgit for activation ????oh want more thing they said cannot delete your account so once you registered voila , you will stuck with them forever. please dont use this app unless if you are ok to lose money.

Credit card option for top-up is missing after update, really bad for those Malaysian stay overseas.
