I only gave 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. This app is HORRENDOUSLY BAD! It’s impossible to use, it don’t let you sign up or sign in, only spins and spins until you give up. The monitor is impossible to use because the app is useless.

The monitor (camera component) itself is good, and has a lovely picture quality.
Our issues are entirely with the app required to use the camera.
- The app frequently has a major times delay (2-4minutes), I'll acknowledge that this could be due to poor internet connection. However our internet is very reliable, so I doubt that is the cause.
- The apps software mutes the sound on it's own. I have an iPad in our room, streaming the monitor from the nursery. Several times I've woken during the night to Bub absolutely hysterical, all because the app has decided to mute itself and we haven't been able to hear the initial stirrings from Bub. This has caused a lot of stress for everyone, especially our baby. What is the point of having a monitor, if we cannot be woken by it while we sleep? This is by far, our biggest frustration.
- The app will also randomly close itself down. So the frustrations remain the same as the point above.
- The process to pair the monitor/camera to the app is not the most user friendly. We intended on using this monitor for overnight stays as well as in our own home, and it requires setting up each time you are using a different WiFi connection. However due to the difficult set up process (which took over an hour on our 1st overnight trip) we instead purchased a significantly cheaper monitor to use for traveling.
I have been using this monitor now for 10 months, and have been patiently waiting for an app update in the hope that these issues would be rectified as "Bug fixes". I think it's fairly obvious to state, that has not happened.
Considering the cost of the physical monitor, one would hope that the software required to use it would be up to standard and user friendly. We love the aspects of the monitor that work, the picture quality is lovely but I'm beginning to find the monitor useless based on the software. I cannot justify using a baby monitor, when it's unreliable at accurately monitoring my baby.

App needs big improvement
Overall happy with the device I purchased however not happy with the app.
Latency between the action and it showing on the app is drastically long and I am surprised this hasn’t been acted on seeing multiple people have complained about it and we are dealing with a device to check in on the safety of our children.
App also does not support dark mode on iOS, so you have to change over to light mode to be able to read the writing on the app.
User interface needs to be addressed as it could be more user friendly.
Notifications needs to be more user friendly (eg ability to set when temperature or movement notifications come through instead of being 100% of the time).
When in settings there is a message always displayed about the setting being saved right in the middle of the screen and can take ages to go away. Then when you tap something (without even making a change) the message reappears and takes ages to go away.
If the above is addressed, this app would actually be decent however I doubt the developers follow an agile methodology as most of the above has been outlined over a year ago and nothing has changed.

App is force closing when going into settings. Nobody is looking at these reviews and how poorly rated they are. I now recommend avoiding purchasing this camera and look for a brand that has developers looking after the app regularly

Worst baby monitor
Unable to contact the monitor to the phone, app shows a failed message each time. Waste of money, would not recommend. Time to return

The app is comically bad. Seems they just stopped updating it and no longer care. Perhaps the company is as sold or something.
Junk app for overpriced junk equipment
I hope you read this before buying the equipment, it’s garbage. The video latency is typically in excess of a couple of minutes (so we rely on the audio). The female side of the display USB charging port has detached from the case rendering the screen unchargable (and the case is designed not to be opened for basic repairs such as this), so we’re stuck using this joke of an app. Basic stuff doesn’t work: want to reset your password? No way to bring up a keyboard. Only a single access point can be saved so you have to re-pair whenever you move networks. The pairing process is flakey and unreliable.
All in all - if you’re here downloading the app for your newly purchased monitor and have the ability to return it, do so ASAP and get something else.

When it works, the picture is phenomenal. Too bad it rarely works.
I’m beyond disappointed with this monitor. It rarely connects to the app, and I find most of the metrics (for example, room temp) to be incorrect. The most frustrating thing is if you’re looking at the video and you need to switch out to look at another screen, you won’t be able to go back to a live feed...you have to “reload,” which inevitably freezes the app. UGH.
