Awful
It crashes every time I try to use it on iPhone
iPhone or Android
This app is pretty good on Android. It never gave me issues to complain about over the course of a year. I switched to an IPhone and now it’s god awful. Half the time it will not get past the white screen with the hammer. I hope they can fix the issues with apple.
Garbage
The app always stuck, always fail to do simple things like change tasks, it needs a better update fast!
This app is horrible.
This app never works. It actually my job harder be sis the company I work for insists on using this garbage app.
Could be So Much Better
I’ve been using Projul for about 4–5 years now, and it truly could be an amazing product. The features are strong, and when it works, it works well. But the ongoing glitching is a real problem. There’s nothing worse than spending time writing a contract only for the program to hiccup and lose everything. It’s frustrating, especially when you rely on it for professional work.
I do want to highlight that their customer service is consistently five‑star. They respond every time, and they genuinely try to help. If the stability issues were fixed, this would easily be a top‑tier tool.

Service is terrible
If I could give 0 stars I would, why have an app if it’s going to kick you out every other second, it sucks!
Not really a great app
My company requires me to use this but it’s riddled with bugs. It will not work if you are in area with no or low cell coverage. I suggest screenshotting all work orders for the day before you leave home and manually take pictures to upload when you’re on have a stable WiFi connection.
Need to be better to be bad
App constantly stop to work and take a lot of times to show something simple, need to be better to be bad!
Good software for Residential Contractors.
Overall one of the best softwares for Residential Contractors
Analysis of Projul Software
Projul is a software that seems to have potential for project management, but its execution falls short in terms of usability and design. When using it, it becomes evident that the company did not prioritize user experience or efficiency in daily operations.
Key Issues Identified
Lack of Automation and Autofill
The absence of autofill when entering addresses is a basic issue that other market-leading software has already solved. This reduces productivity and increases the time spent on simple tasks.
Excessive Clicks and Confusing Navigation
The system demands excessive and unnecessary clicks for actions that could be simplified.
Menus are scattered and redundant throughout, contributing to a "maze-like" experience. For instance, some menus have only one option, which could be replaced by a direct link to the target page.
Inefficient Search System
The search mechanism is frustrating. It would be much more practical to type an address, select it, and be taken directly to the desired result.
Side Panel Design
The left-hand side panel does not remain fixed and doesn’t offer an option to pin it. This creates constant navigation problems, especially when the mouse slides accidentally, causing the panel to open and close repeatedly.
Non-Intuitive Interface
The application is not intuitive. There are too many menus and options that confuse users instead of guiding them.
The interface seems to waste space with blank areas, while relevant information could be displayed more clearly and organized.
App for Field Employees
The app used by field employees contains excessive and repetitive information. This causes confusion and makes navigation less practical for on-the-go tasks.
Estimate Text Editor
The text editor for creating estimates is a frustrating example of poor design. The default text box is tiny, but it can be expanded by clicking on the left side. However, clicking there opens a second, even smaller box to edit the text, creating a completely disconnected experience.
Overall Impression
Projul gives the impression that there was not much effort put into creating a clean and functional interface. It seems to lack a design department focused on user experience.
The software could greatly benefit from:
Reducing unnecessary clicks by simplifying navigation.
Revamping the interface to eliminate redundant menus and reorganize how information is presented.
Optimizing the search system to allow users to find information directly and efficiently.
Better use of white space, ensuring important information is displayed clearly and accessibly.
Improving the design of forms, such as the text editor, to make them more practical and intuitive.
Conclusion
While Projul has potential, it still has a long way to go to reach the level of efficiency and functionality offered by its competitors. The company should invest in interface design and user experience professionals to optimize the application and make it more enjoyable for its customers.

Exactly what you need as an electrical contractor
I signed up with them about 3 years ago and this CRM is exactly what I need as an electrical contractor
Besides the Updating it SOLID!
I have tried multiple softwares…JobTread, ProCore, Acculynx, Jobber, and a few other All good in there own ways. But ProJul seems to be the best bang for the buck. It’s a “one stop shop” and seems to do it ALL! I have only been running it for a few months and its user friendliness is great.
The updates seem to show me as the customer/user of the constant improvements. So, I am good with them…Projul’s functionalities are vast and fit the field guy, laborer, superintendent, sales, and owner. Not to mention its integration with QB, which is nearly flawless.
Fully recommend to any construction, contracting, remodeling business out there! You won’t be disappointment.

Awesome for construction on the go!
It is so nice to have all the capabilities of Projul on the mobile app. Writing estimates and change orders is so easy from the phone, taking pictures is easy too.
Overall great app
App is awesome, once you find your way around. Definitely a lot of updates and and improvements done regularly. I find little issues here and there but eventually are resolved, does have some annoying slow and sometimes frustrating issues but I hope to see and we’ll a smoother run, so far happy and glad they are updating and fixing and on top of it.

Fence contractor
I’ve been working in the family business building fences and we are finally getting away from the old school way of doing business—mostly on paper and text messages.
Projul let’s us quickly follow up with new customers and write estimates (I love the templates) then we can easily track the job through completion and get paid.
Easy enough my dad can use it.
There are tons of options we don’t use cause we are a small outfit, but what we use works well.
Don’t know about the bad reviews. I had some issues with the old app, but this version has been better, and they seem to do fixes and updates often.

The Projul Mobile App is a game-changer for contractors, offering a user-friendly interface, real-time project updates, seamless communication, robust scheduling, and comprehensive financial management tools. Its customization options cater to specific business needs, and the responsive customer support team is a plus. It's a must-have for contractors, streamlining operations and improving efficiency. I wholeheartedly give it a 5-star rating and highly recommend it.

Too glitchy to rely on as a contractor. Extremely unstable with new issues every week. The support team doesn’t seem to improve a thing. One of the most frustrating softwares I’ve used in the past 15 years.
I love it!
Definitely one of the best applications out in the market right now. A couple bugs with the new version but nothing major. Makes our life so much easier. What I love about this application is the fact that you can record your conversations you had with your customer and by that I mean the information. That way everybody in your team can look at the customers profile and not miss anything. It would be awesome to see this app integrated with Google Calendar and Zapier but overall it’s fantastic!

Customer since 2/2021
Our company has been using Projul since the beginning of 2021. We are a cabinet, countertop, tile and flooring showroom in Coastal Carolina with a small team but a large pipeline of business. For us, Projul was initially our choice because it helped us separate our 2 business entities while still sharing details with both. It quickly became critical to how we did business as we scaled. The sales team within our company was not tech savvy prior to using Projul having been in the industry for 20 plus years using pen and paper but understood the owner’s need of maintaining digital records and tracking revenue as a business. The great news with this platform is the users within our business immediately saw its immense value. Having successfully transitioned others into new platforms in prior roles, I knew this was the most critical step toward employee adoption and was thrilled Projul could do this for the team. The second piece of great news was the Customer Support team at Projul is hands down the best I’ve ever seen. They are responsive, they are helpful and over the last few years we’ve also found them to always be straightforward. If they can do it, they do it. If they can’t, they simply tell you they can’t. We would highly recommend other businesses that seek to drive sales with a close watch on revenue and a high priority on employee and customer satisfaction consider this platform.

Problems
I was forced to download the new app today but there is no where to upload photos. I have went to settings in my phone and there is no where to to change access to allow me to upload photos. This is ridiculous, you would think all the bugs would be worked out before you pushed the new app out and make us download it.
