Its software is so full of bugs. Forced to use this app to execute a transfer its stuck in annertor message.

Not better than nothing
Cannot access my business accounts. The new and improved approval process that replaced the bingo card will no longer work from my phone impeding my ability to work on the go without dragging the computer with me. The sinpe rarely works. Worst banking app ever. I’d rather go back to not having one.
Complete miss. Focusing on the wrong things
You should stop all development on this app until you have fixed the most glaring miss. You still cannot access business accounts. Your bank fails to tell this to clients until they are already signed up for an account. Your inability to provide this basic service is a shame and completely ridiculous. Great that you fixed some bugs and made it SLIGHTLY easier to send 2mil colones to my barber, but the most glaring continues to exist - the lack of business account support. Fix this!
