Ich hab in den Rezensionen einiges an Negativen Erlebnissen gelesen und kann diese mittlerweile nicht nachvollziehen, man kann leicht auf Englisch umschalten, Bezahlung mit Apple Pay geht auch und die Aktivierung der Tickets ist auch super easy

Trying to register, not possibles. Send me a verifying link. I klick on it and end up at login page. Trying to login, sends me back to verify again. Useless app

Not usable for tourists
What a complicated app! It launches in Croatian, and you need a translation app to switch it to English. You can’t pay via Apple Pay or PayPal. You have to create an account and then top up a wallet with a credit card first. I also couldn’t figure out if I could buy multiple tickets for my family at once. I uninstalled the app after 20 minutes and will buy the tickets from the bus driver. Annoying.

Neznam ko je ovo napravio…
Neznam tko je ovaj app napravio al neka promjeni posao. Kao prvo kad stisnem na stanicu stalno se dogodi da stane i nezeli otvorit koji busevi voze stanicom. Busevi koji pokazujete na hednjoj liniji imaju Jos vec problem jer bagguju. Usto je ruzan App. Danas je i 13. kasnila I 60 minuta nije mijenjala poziciju pa nisam stigao na trening i usto jos ocekujete da ce se platit mjesecna iskaznica za tako lose usluge. Sad I znam zasto svi voze na crno jer kontroleri isto neznaju radit svoj posao i prekontroliraju DOSLOVNO pola busa. Ovo je najgore prometno povezivanje ikad. Usto vozaci zatvaraju vrata ispred tvoje face kad trcis pa i nestignes zbog njih. Pa sad mi recite kako imate 2.2⭐️ a zasluzili ste 1 a da se bar mize dat 0

Sehr schlecht integriert
Integration für iOS bei 0%: Keine Sign-in mit Apple, keine Integration in Wallet und, das ist mit Abstand am schlimmsten, kein Apple Pay. Das Aufladen des Guthaben ist eine Odyssee 😓

App puca vec godinu dana + kad se takne npr stanica na pazaru. Neznam tko pise da je app super kad nije. Ima neintuitivno sucelje nabacano bez veze i app puca

Can’t withdraw money from e-wallet
You have to top up an e-wallet before being able to purchase anything in the app. And there’s no option to withdraw money from the wallet. Basically they stole your money.

This is more a comment than a review since I just downloaded this app. Attempted to use it and it is nor posaible to use every part od this app. Indicators are one has to have a code to activate the full profile, while this app has ZERO directions, nor does google sesrch returns, much about how the user obtains that code for registeirng the full user profile. That renders full use of this app obsolete / impossible thus plesse update the info here or update app to provide that informarion so that the app users could enjoy the full benefits of this application. Hence the three stars "review". Thank you.

Useless app
I’m not able to login or buy a ticket because it request to verify the email first however I didn’t receive any verification email, I tried 3 different emails with same result

Comparing with the old ticketing system of Promet Split, this is a spaceship!

There are still some things that could be improved. For example, on the “My tickets” page, expired/used tickets are displayed in the same way as the unused ones, which makes it hard to find the one unused ticket.

Good app but topping up your balance is awful. Please add Apple Pay / PayPal as payment methods.

Used this while on my holiday to Split, runs surprisingly smooth and it’s a lot cheaper than buying tickets directly from the driver.
The only annoying thing was that sometimes the route planner function didn’t work, when typing in the locations, nothing showed up whatsoever.

Not recommend at all
Downloaded the app, payed 5€ for bus tickets and the bus never arrives. The 5€ are lost and nobody responded to my mails.
Makes the stay in Split so much easier
It’s possible to buy all the tickets you need and even helps you to plan any trip. It helps you to find the right bus connection from everywhere.
