Not happy with updates

I have chosen this app specifically for ability to revisit the units, because I need to be able to go through material multiple times to really learn it. I paid for family membership of the previous version of the app (over $100). Now I am deeply unhappy with design and trying to get my refund. Responses from customers service (humans, not AI) take several days. I am hoping they will refund me, because new setup is exactly why I decided not to sign up with other apps.

Bad customer support

Kicked off of my paid premium subscription for no reason. I’ve spent weeks trying to re-establish my account with barely any response and no action.

Annoying notifications!

I get spammed with SOOOO many of the SAME notifications from this app alone! It’s insane I have to see at least 38 (there may be more) of the SAME text all at the same time! FIX this, please!

Although i paid a fee i couldn’t open any lesson without ads( a lot , a lot , a lot advertisements ).To start the lesson you have to watch a ads.to pass the lesson you have to watch ads.If you want to do review you have to upgrade your subscriptions .It s a fraud
