Extra charge to remove the ad?
I love the app since I subscribed for 3 months. But recently it asked me to pay extra to remove the ad, does it make sense? Why do you add ad feature, if I don’t pay extra, I have to watch as for every lesson for 1-2 minutes
I already contacted the support a week and followed up 4 times, still no reply, what wrong with your team? It’s absolutely unacceptable!

No such thing as FRE TRIAL
This app is terrible. Intermediate level material was a mix of forming full conversations and asking you to spell what apple is in French.

First week and I feel upgraded already.
Billed for free trial and content not as advertised
I signed up for a free monthly trial and was billed £19.99! The ad that made me click on the app featured videos which you talked along with to master complex French. I couldn’t find this in the app and the lessons just seemed simple and annoying. Thankfully Apple refunded the £19.99 and I’ve deleted the app.

Limited for Italian
I was excited to get this app as I was impressed with the trial units. But it barely has anything on it for Italian - the advanced course literally has 3 sections. And the promised AI tutor never materialised. Don’t waste your money

Great app
Im enjoying learning Arabic with the app though the level is easy for me. Hopefully they will create higher levels soon. Also, I give four stars because there are mistakes in the exercise with choosing the right letter in the blank. Sometimes there is no right letter to choose so I have to click „I don’t know” and make an error to go to the next question. I have done many lessons and in every lesson is this problem.
