User friendly

So easy to use and keeps getting better! Rarely any bugs.

Would be much easier to book and review classes if you didn’t have to log in every time, I don’t have any other app that requires this

App Class Filter Issue

There is no option to select Restore Class in the app filter function.

Love pronto

Everything is great, love the facilities and app worked super easy for me!!! Let’s get fit together for cheap as chips 🥳💪

App won’t update

App won’t update there fore I can’t manage classes. It keeps prompting to update App when pressing the update button.

No calendar sync

The app is a little dated and really needs an option to sync classes to your calendar

Love it

I really love this product

So glitchy and just doesn’t function as it should

The wait list function doesn’t work - Multiple times I’ve been on a wait list and waited till I was added, then I’ll log on a see there’s only 3 people in the class so I leave the wait list and add myself automatically OR see that my friends/others can join immediately while I am still on the wait list??
Also sometimes cannot even join the wait list - it’ll say 8/8 people so I’ll click join/waitlist and nothing happens??
Also I have been moved from 1st on a waitlist to 3rd/4th multiple times

declining in quality.

when i first joined the studio there were 12 machines. Then they got rid of the 12 and replaced them with an upgraded machine but only 6 instead of 12 making the classes harder to get into. then they brought back 6 of the old machines to the room so there were 12 again but 6 of the old with the 6 new - this lead to some people being disappointed by the fact they have to use the old machines. on top of this the maintenance for these machine as a whole are not very well mainted. like the concept and ease of the class & having heaps of classes but, the equipment is lacklustre.

Don’t know why they updated the app

Studios are great but the new app is terrible. Old one was way better. With the old one you could easily add your classes to your calendar after booking, see how many people are booked in a class, and the old interface was just far simpler. With the new app you also lost all your previous class history which is super annoying. I would’ve liked to keep track of how many classes I’ve attended prior to the update but now I can’t. I’ve heard people in my classes complaining about the disruptions that the update caused and it definitely wasn’t worth it. Only good thing is the class credits that don’t expire so you can use them in between the payment periods when your usual credits would ‘expire’.

Forced app update is terrible

The updated app is absolutely awful. So hard to read the times listed, and now doesn’t show how many places are booked in each class, so good luck if you’re trying to book with a friend.

I’d be much happier with the old app and having to change membership online rather than the new app. Somewhat considering cancelling my membership and going somewhere else it’s that bad.
