What's New in Proof
2.1.4
September 11, 2026
Proof now reads where each lift is headed, not just your PRs. Open any lift and Proof tells you the one clear next step: add a rep, repeat this weight, add weight, hold steady, or back off and rebuild. It reads your real trajectory across sessions, how hard your sets landed, whether you're climbing or stalled, so the call fits the lift in front of you. A few things it now gets right: A new heaviest weight is treated as progress, never a plateau. The suggested jump matches your equipment, learned from your own history, so a machine that moves in 10s won't be told to add 5. New lifts say how many more sessions until it can read your trend, instead of guessing. Still no coaching and no nagging. It names what's happening and leaves the next move to you.
