Why oh why with all the check boxes every time for a test?
Had a hiccup, mostly good
Had 1 time where it froze and had to start a new video which was terrifying. Luckily they accepted the 2 videos since I had moved nothing and started anew immediately after sending them an email about what happened. Instructions are easy to follow, and no issues besides that one hiccup.
Clunky and slow
The soberlink device was bigger and harder to carry around and be discrete w. This device is smaller but the daily use take too long and is very annoying. You have to check boxes before each test. The “warming up” is annoyingly long and the breathing component is oddly sensitive. Make this all quicker and more seamless, please. The whole process should take half as long at most.

Easy and convenient but a bit expensive
Love this app
It is easy to use, walks me step by step in how to collect my specimen. I love the convenience of being able to do drug testing in the comfort of my own home. I have been using this for about a year.
I appreciate the effort in fixing the app, but was there any QA?
Shortly after I posted my review a few changes were made, seemingly in an effort to speed tests up. My average test time did drop to 1 min 10 seconds which is an improvement, but still absurd.
Dev seemingly tried to make it so the loading from ID verification happens while you check the boxes, but that is not working. Still have to wait.
Not to mention, the checking of 9 boxes every time is ridiculous. It serves genuinely no purpose.

Every update somehow makes it even more cumbersome and time consuming
It has to be intentional at this point. When I started 2 years ago a breath test would take ~30 seconds start to finish. It is now up to 1 minute 20 seconds on average. Redundancies and useless agreements you have to check make this app an absolute nightmare.
PIP doesn't work the first time.
The PIP doesn't work the first time. I have to close the app and open it again and then it works and I can hit OK and get into the checklist page.
Covid Tests on an app for junkies

New way to conduct test remotely.
This app is convenient for staying home and do drug test or any test instead of go to the lab. However the process is strictly and uncomfortable sometimes because it has to follow lab procedures and conditions. I found the text explanation was hard to read and understand sometimes. Hopefully can be improved. Overall it was good app.

Crashes- Unreliable
Can’t get the app to even open, but so much of our lifestyle and career are contingent on this app working... of course if this was the other way around it would be unacceptable...👎 THE WORST! Doesn’t even deserve the one star... 🤦🏻♀️

Convenient & Game Changing
I was introduced to PROOF. Ran a demo and what an impressive app, process and innovative way to improve and basically create the way drug testing “will” be. Simply awesome!
Easy and Convenient!
I’ve used this app to conduct tests since it’s launch and am so thankful for it! NO long waits at collection sites and I don’t have the fear of venturing outside of my home for testing. I don’t want to go back to “standard” tests. Easy and convenient.
Awful experience every time I use it.
This app is an anxiety producing nightmare. I found out I was selected to use this app 5/26 at 0101 in the morning and started right away. I knew from previous experience the video takes about an hour to upload for some reason. I finish my test and start the video upload. So about 30-40 minutes in it’s getting to be 0230 am or so and I’m falling asleep waiting for this stupid video to upload. I figured I would take my phone upstairs to bed and let it do it’s thing while I slept. Well when I was taking my phone out of the bunk cardboard phone holder I accidentally pressed the suspend button and nothing has worked right since. All my attempts to upload this 20 min video have failed. Each attempt takes forever and fails at 96%. Nobody is available on the phone until 0800. My career is on the line every time I use this awful app and it has never worked without having some kind of issue. I wouldn’t recommend my dog use this app. This thing is an embarrassment

Anxiety producing don’t download
I’m in a monitoring program that requires testing to prove abstinence. I will cut to the quick. Downloaded app didn’t work. Push the app button crashes. I sent an email that was forwarded to IT. New update released 3 days later and still push app and crashes. Now I have to go through another service to conduct the test that will take 20 minutes to complete! FIND ANOTHER OPTION TO DO TESTING THIS APP COULD COST YOU YOUR JOB AND POSSIBLY MORE!!! If I could say less than 1 Star that would be accurate!

While I have nothing to compare to...
As a user I have found this app to be a pain. It’s very difficult to follow the instructions for the saliva drug test as they want all the materials as well as your hands to be in the frame at all times but the view itself is extremely narrow. That, paired with the flimsy thick paper phone stand makes for a very frustrating user experience. Although my own fault, I wasn’t sure of the date one time when filling out the paperwork - usually I would just pull down the top of my phone screen to check, but there was nothing within the rules of the test I could have done to check the date!! Small detail and I’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again but there should be a display with this information during the testing process.
