This app gets worse with every update
Since they have upgraded it several times, and I use that term, loosely, you can no longer do off-line updates of jobs, which is a huge problem if you’re in an area with bad cell service. Many times the app crashes instantly when you try and open it, or you simply get a black screen or a white screen and have to completely try and close it and go back into it. Anytime you tell them there’s a problem they act like it is residing in your device and try and help you troubleshoot it. I don’t have time for that because the problem is never in my device. The problem is in their app! These people don’t listen
